Geography: Map Work is Guaranteed Marks
Every SEE Social Studies paper includes a map question. Practice marking: all 7 provinces, 77 districts, major rivers (Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali), Himalayan peaks (Sagarmatha, Kanchenjunga, Dhaulagiri), and bordering countries. Getting these right is automatic marks.
History: Focus on Modern Nepal
Questions on pre-modern history are rare. Focus on: Unification of Nepal (Prithvi Narayan Shah era), Rana rule and its end (1951), the democratic movements (1990 and 2006), the Peace Accord, and the formation of the Federal Republic. These are tested every year.
Civics: Nepal's Constitutional Framework
Study Nepal's 2015 Constitution in detail. Know: the three branches of government, fundamental rights (मौलिक हक), the electoral system, and local governance structure. Questions from this section are predictable and directly textbook-based.
Economics
SEE-level economics covers basic concepts: GDP, inflation, types of industries, Nepal's trade profile, and remittance economy. Write definitions precisely and support with current data from Nepal Rastra Bank publications.
